Here’s a little scoop on what makes the perfect Beau & Arrow intern:

- Someone who is just as completely obsessed with all things weddings as we are! Is eager to learn about the wedding and event industry to gain experience.

- Responsible, driven, and detail-oriented. We are planning the most important day of our couples’ lives and we take that very seriously. We know you will too.

- Have a ton of creativity (color outside the lines & think outside the box) and a deep, deep love of crafting.

- Previous experience in the wedding world is a bonus, but not necessary.

Now a little about the day in the life of a Beau & Arrow intern… will assist in day-to-day office work including, but not limited to, vendor communications, file management, venue visitations, client meetings, and wedding day assistance.

This position is unpaid, but we would love to work with you to provide college credit, if this is something your school offers. If selected you will need to work partially out of our Encinitas, California office so you must live in the surrounding San Diego area.

Snapshot Love: Alison & Shaun

Happy Friday beaus! We’re jumping up & down in our chairs, excited to share this couple’s lovely engagements. Alison & Shaun have been such a blast to work with and we know they will keep the good times coming leading up to their  June wedding! They have all the dream couple components nailed- super sweet, trusting, appreciative, oh and awesome style. Doesn’t hurt that they aren’t so bad to look at either! Seriously, Alison is such a little Elle Macpherson. Didn’t know we were working with supermodels….

Found My Girl – Son of Sharkpig

Well, we’re still a little pooped from Sunday’s CREAM EVENT but we had a BLAST! Pretty sure we spotted these two lovely newlyweds, as well as, the one, the only, Son of Sharkpig himself at The Cream. Just watching this video makes us smile and feel all warm and tingly inside. How fun would it have been to be a guest at this wedding!?!? Looks like Christian & Reinna had a gorgeous celebration and Son of Sharkpig of course did an excellent job capturing every big moment and little detail! Can’t wait to work with him in just a few short months for A&T’s wedding!!

Cramming for The Cream!

We’re pretty Cream filled up in the Beau & Arrow Headquarters and we’re not stopping til Sunday! Finishing up some last minute projects and bringing out the bells & whistles for the big event. We did want to share a sneak peek of our initial inspiration for our tablescape with Bloem Hill for The Cream. We’ve decided to call it “overgrown elegance” and we can’t wait to see it all come together at Vibiana in just a couple of days!

Erin & Blair’s Wedding!

This week has been an exciting one! We’re still reeling from our recent feature on 100 Layer Cake of Erin & Blair’s super gorgeous & fun Palm Springs wedding! Check out the feature here & head over to We Call This Love’s blog for more stunning photos of the big day.

Erin was an absolute dream to work with. As the owner of two boutiques in Canada (Emporia & Violette), she not only has amazing style & taste, but is one busy, busy lady! We were so glad we got to plan + design this beautiful wedding for her & Blair from start to finish! Since the couple lives in Canada we got to take some fun visits to the Ace in their name. We like everyone else, quickly fell in love with the space, and were inspired on how we could transform it into the couple’s relaxed, but glam dream wedding!

Our favorite detail, of course, was interweaving Erin & Blair’s first dance song (“You’re The One” by The Black Keys) into special signage & favors. Love that it was a significant song to them, that also had the sweetest message. It was a labor of love to create the 100s of feet of custom bunting in mint, pale pink, & gold, as well as, the fringe chair backs that adorned each guests’ chair. In the end these elements really helped transform the Ace commune into a rad reception.

The amazing & talented crop of folks working on this wedding blew our minds.

Obsessing majorly over the custom CD favors, gold foiled menus, cursive cut-out table names, and absolutely perfect custom wall decal that Courtney from Brightly Designed created.

The flowers will definitely live on in our hearts forever. The dynamic duo of Root 75 created just the most perfect & fitting flowers for this event. Did you see the desert table arrangements? Gah, that’s what dreams are made of!!

Shout out to VG Donuts for letting us custom color & sprinkle those bad boys that were devoured oh so quickly.

To the make up master, Amy Clarke, for making Erin & her gals look SO dang gorgeous. Erin’s mama shed tears of joy after Amy was done working her magic!

The night ended just as an it should have, with crazy dancing and bridesmaids in the pool!

Bridal Floral Wreath’s

Yes ladies, that’s right, flowers are no longer just for the bouquet and the tables you can also wear them! Although we do agree that you and your dress are the show stopper of the day, we absolutely love when our brides want to add a little more flair to their attire. Dreaming of a Sea of Flowers
