Jessica & Nick’s Wedding!!

Always a wonderful way to start the morning & your Friday by waking up to a gorgeous wedding feature on Ruffled! We’re ecstatic that Jessica & Nick’s La Jolla Beach Wedding at Martin Johnson House is up on their blog today!! Cramming for The Cream!

We’re pretty Cream filled up in the Beau & Arrow Headquarters and we’re not stopping til Sunday! Finishing up some last minute projects and bringing out the bells & whistles for the big event. We did want to share a sneak peek of our initial inspiration for our tablescape with Bloem Hill for The Cream. We’ve decided to call it “overgrown elegance” and we can’t wait to see it all come together at Vibiana in just a couple of days!

Bridal Floral Wreath’s

Yes ladies, that’s right, flowers are no longer just for the bouquet and the tables you can also wear them! Although we do agree that you and your dress are the show stopper of the day, we absolutely love when our brides want to add a little more flair to their attire. You all know us, we would put flowers on anything and everything if we could. Dreaming of a Sea of Flowers

Sweet dreams are definitely made of these. Did you catch this beyond gorgeous, take your breath away kind of wedding on Grey Likes last week? Ever since we saw the photos of this too dang cute bride and her sweet confection of a wedding dress, we’ve found ourselves daydreaming of running around in floral chiffon, blowing in the wind, and tumbling into an endless meadow of flowers. Monday Morning Mix: Takes Me To Paradise

In the words of Mae West, “Too much of a good thing can be wonderful!” Although we’ve been listening to Bruno Mars “Locked Out Of Heaven” on repeat since the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, we just can’t get enough! Something else we can’t get enough of currently is the wonderful summer-like weather we’ve been experiencing in SoCal these past few days. This heat streak should carry on for another week, so we will carry on singing with Mars about paradise and dreaming of what exactly that would look like…..

Fall Florals

Hello indeed! We are beyond thrilled to say hello to all things fall; Hot apple cider, scarves, everything pumpkin infused, really whats not to love! Ok, maybe we are jumping the gun just a little here, since it did just drop below 85 two days ago in San diego. But what is most exciting about fall is the new season of beautiful flowers that it brings. Dahlia’s, Anemone’s, Orange ranunculus, and wheat are some of our favorite additions to fall floral arrangements. We have included a few of this seasons floral favorite’s below to help you all get in the fall mood…

Loving the harvest feel of these arrangements, wouldn’t mind seeing one of these beauties on my thanksgiving table!

Adding a deep rich color such as burgundy or brown, can help transform neutral flowers into a fall arrangement.

Deep purples and burnt orange help to create these stunning autumn inspired creations.

As you know we have a not so secret obsession with all things flowers, one of our favorite floral elements is the bridal bouquet and how it finishes off any brides ensemble. Although we are completely in love with bouquets that are made up of your peonies, dahlia’s, and roses. Monday Morning Mix: La Vie En Rose

Don’t you just love it when you get lost in a song and it takes you to another place? Louis Armstrong’s version of La Vie En Rose does it for me every time. Put it on and it’s like waking up in dream world of romantical pink goodness.

Abandoned grandiose ballrooms, champers flowing, an over abundance of roses spilling out of each corner, and of course every last detail is in the prettiest of pinks. Would die to see this wedding come to life, but with a touch of Tim Walker whimsy thrown in for good measure….
